Sura Hart has been in the field of education for 26 years, teaching elementary, junior high, and high school students in both public and private schools. 

She is a certified trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) since 1999, and has designed and facilitated NVC trainings for students, parents, teachers, and administrators.  Sura served as the Education Project Director for CNVC for four years. 

Sara is author of The Compassionate Classroom; Respectful Parents – Respectful Kids; The No-Fault Classroom; and the No-Fault  Zone Game.
