ASSESSMENT VARIETY: The Key to Improved Learning - 3 credits

Learn to work with a variety of assessment tools and strategies to validate and improve student learning. Participants will explore ten modules covering such assessment topics as exhibitions, rubrics, overload, ethics and Richard Stiggins' best thinking. This course is appropriate for teachers and administrators of grades 3-12.
NOTES:
1) If you took ED412L Emerging Models of Assessment, you may not also receive credit for this class.
2) Also available as a 5 qtr credit course ED427L.
3) $40 materials fee is to be paid to The Heritage Institute after registration, using the order form provided with registration confirmation.
