Carla Saunders
M.Ed., Adm.
Carla D. Saunders, M.Ed. Adm. received her A.A.S. in 1999 with emphasis Early Childhood Education, and a M.Ed. in 2003 with emphasis in Curriculum & Technology.
Her post graduate works include leadership, learning styles, team building, health/safety/ nutrition, assessment, multi-age environments, classroom management, curriculum planning, professionalism, child development and understanding children’s behavior. She has taught at the elementary school level, teaching kindergarten and first grades.
She is currently an education consultant and owner of “Positive Influences for Youth Presentations and has extensive experience in adult education working as an online facilitator. Carla presents all over the United States of America at annual NAEYC affiliated conferences.
She has written over fifty Delaware state approved workshops and consults with many organizations in her area.

I believe that each person is a unique individual who needs a secure and caring atmosphere in which to grow and succeed in life. I also believe that as a facilitator it is my obligation to ensure that each student succeeds in his or her own time.
By providing over 15 years of instruction, facilitation and guidance, I believe that the sky is the limit for all students and the catalyst to their learning is a great leader.
